Slightly sweet and smokey, blended from fresh roasted farmers market peppers, our chef-made New World Muhammarra can be used as a spread or a dip, but is particularly adept at making normal vegetables taste exciting, interesting and even – dare we say – 'exotic'!

CAJÚ CASHEW DIP
Serve as you would a hummus -- spread on baguette slices, or dip crackers and veggies. Livens up sandwiches and a great dairy-free / vegan smear for bagels and brunch toasts. Stir into pasta dishes for extra depth and creaminess, or as a base for other dairy-free creamy sauces.

As a certified natural chef and avid foodie, Autumn prioritizes both health and flavor and is unwilling to sacrifice one for the other. Which is why we won't promote, sell or use any products that do not live up to these standards.

Farm to Function is driven by a philosophy of balance. Our chef-made items and locally-sourced produce are gluten-free, dairy-free and healthy to eat every day. But a beautiful life also requires exceptional experiences – where you occasionally indulge. So our charcuterie platters and market boxes feature only nitrate and nitrite free meats from the finest local producers and our cheeses are of the highest quality, sourced from local and organic creameries. It is the California version of La Dolce Vita – Eat well and feel good!

EVENTS &
GRAZING BOARDS
Farm to Function offers grazing tables as well as corporate and private event grazing boards to complement any event.

As with all of our charcuterie boards, our event boards include chef-made items such as Cajú cashew dip, roasted red pepper Muhammara dip and seeded Forgager bread as well as fresh seasonal produce from local farmers markets. Depending on availability, we source freshly smoked seafoods from local fishmongers and always provide an assortment of premium-grade meats and cheeses from local organic dairies and producers. Vegan boards are also available.
As you can imagine sourcing these high-quality ingredients takes some time, so be sure to reach out to us several weeks in advance of your event so we can plan it together.
