Meet The Chef
I am a Natural Chef in Marin County, California, just north of San Francisco, and a graduate of Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts. I love nourishing clients, students, family and friends with whole seasonal foods and educating people on how to take charge of their health while enjoying flavorful, delicious and nutrient dense meals with inspiring recipes and practical life technique. I believe food is medicine and specialize in addressing health challenges and nutritional needs through food. My recipe “Coriander Cauliflower & Chickpeas with Lemongrass Infused Coconut Rice” was recently featured in Live Naturally magazine. When not testing recipes or cooking for family, I can be found perusing the seasonal goods at a local farmer's market, trying out the newest restaurant in town, hiking the hills of Mt. Tam or sweating in a power yoga class, .
